Abstract： The improvement of medical laboratory technology experimental teaching hardware conditions,the enhancement of the quality of experimental teachers,the establishment of the experimental center,the improvement of the management system,the optimization of experimental teaching content,the writing and selection of suitable teaching materials,and the opening of laboratory were discussed.It is helpful to improve the students＇ operational skills.
