Abstract： Constructing and optimizing the clinical teaching base is an impotant means to solve the problem of lack of clinical teaching resources,to guarantee and improve the quality of teaching.North Siehuan Medical College has built a standardized and scientific clinical teaching base model adaptable to the development of higher medical education through the selection and optimization of clinical leaching hospital,establishing affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals and reform of the operation model of clinical teaching.
