Abstract： The original intention of medical colleges＇ establishing non-affiliated hospital was to enlarge the resource of clinical education.However,in terms of the facts,the actual significance of nonaffiliated hospitals greatly exceeds our original intention.Constructien of non-affiliated hospitals has become the opportunity for the reform of medical teaching,combination point of practical teaching and student employment.Non-affiliated hospitals have become fresh activists of discipline construction of medical colleges and vector of their serving communities.
