The application of computer assisted teaching in medical imaging clerkship

Abstract: Modern medical imaging is a subject that uses grayscale images to reflect the different shapes and functions of tissues and organs.The development of digital technology makes digital images easily,and complete computer assisted teaching( CAI ),which changed from the previous film-teaching methods.In order to ensure medical imaging teaching effect,and to reduce the individual effects by the film teaching,the authors compared 33 students' imaging diagnosis test results using computer assisted in 2007 grade of the capital medical university with film teaching 2002 grade from the same university and found that students' scores slightly higher in former than those of 2002 grade,P > 0.05,with no significant.However,the median of the 2007 student test scores(86) is higher than 2002 students' ( 81 ),the score range became narrow.CAI can ensure students' learning outcomes of medical imaging,and overcome film eroding,film damaging,the mutual restraint of interference between students and other adverse factors from the film teaching.It is the trend of medical imaging teaching.
