Abstract: Clinical inter-class practice is a bridge connecting medical theory with practice.Disease occured in children has many clinical characters which is different from adult disease,such as acute onset,rapid progress,and shorter course.In order to improve the quality of medical training for 8year clinical medical students,medical ease introduction teaching method was modified in pediatric interclass practice in Peking University First Hospital.Typical medical cases of in-patients were selected,while problem-based learning method was applied in whole disease procedure observation.Whole course observalion is useful to improve the initiative of medical students.
