Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of the team-based learning (TBL)model in surgical teaching.Methods TBL concepts and models were applied to surgical teaching,while the implementing situation of the models,responses of the students,learning effects were all observed and analyzed.Results The ability of team cooperation,the learning efficiency and achievement of the students were greatly improved,and the study motivation was also aroused under TBL model.Conclusions TBL is an effective teaching model in surgical teaching.
