Abstract： The establishment of quality assurance system in local medical schools will improve teaching management,inspirit teaching work participants,and insure the quality of teaching.In order to cultivate innovative medical talents,Anhui Medical University,with the undergraduate-teaching level evaluation scheme which Ministry of Education released and specific indicators of medical education standards as a guide,strengthened theory teaching and practice teaching and focused on building two platform of staff room ( teaching department) and clinical staff room,In the end,the teaching quality assurance system has been established and plays a positive role in improving the personnel training.
