Abstract： In accordance with the necessity of teaching management and quality improvement,we developed military academies teaching evaluation and management system independently.The system mainly consists of teaching management,assessment and evaluation.Teaching management is decomposing the management tasks layer by layer according to different functions and roles,and devolving out into the individual departments and one' s daily teaching.Teaching assessment is making sample test of pass rate of main courses and survey satisfaction towards teaching as the key links and paying close attention to.Teaching evaluation is objectively evaluating the entire teaching quality in a particular period by simulating comprehensive examination of the experts of the whole army.We can bring teaching quality improvement under the system of standards and normality in this way.
