Abstract： After years of all-round quality control system of teaching practice,with the current rapid development of higher medical education and medical personnel training requirements,medical colleges and teaching quality control guidelines by the monitoring system to “people-oriented” to guide the main scope of monitoring by a single classroom teaching to the whole process of change in teaching development,monitoring objects to graduate from the teaching of undergraduate teaching,adult education extension,a combination of control measures to reward and punishment,focusing on rectification,in-depth research expanded feedback channels to the digital control platform for the development of new information the trend.
