Abstract： As a mature communication software, QQ group is a very common chatting and communication tool of university students. Use the advantages of QQ group, the author tries to set up QQ group for teaching assistance in biochemistry between teachers and students. It has been proven that the QQ group extends traditional teaching, evoke students interest and cultivate their creative thinking capacity, and enhance the development of innovation capacity, and improves emotional communication between teachers and students. Moreover, the teachers are encouraged to build their skills and confidence for teaching. The QQ group in biochemistry teaching is very convenient and effective.
