Abstract： This paper explored the cultivation of capacity of practice, sense of creative ability and form of the humanistic quality for medical students under the comprehensive university system. Scientific and technological potential and clinical skills of medical students should be enhanced by creating the full and systematic medical experiments and practice teaching under the comprehensive university system. The creative ability should be fostered by making use of advantaged subjects and high-end, high-quality scientifie research resources requiting medical students to enter into systematic scientific research training as early as possible. The integration approach of medical and humanities education, the improvement of humanistic quality of medical students should be explored by utilizing the multi-disciplinary advantages of comprehensive university.
