Abstract： With the rapidly development of educational reform, the concept of academic ecology and the research come into being because of demand. This paper discussed the concept of academic ecology and faculty development, the problem of academic ecology within university, and the balance of academic ecology within university and faculty development, aiming at improving faculty development within harmonious economy system.
