The analysis on young doctors' state and training demands on the quality of medical humanistic in Peking University

Abstract： This article studies 440 young doctors' ( under 45-year old ) state and training demands in the quality of the medical humanistic in the First Hospital, People' s Hospital , the Third Hospital and the Sixth Hospital of Peking University by questionnaires. As important evidence, the results can be sup-plied to analyze the shortcoming in current training system and to explore and establish a proper training model for young doctors' quality of medical humanistic.
