Abstract： The modern medical science education pays more attention to the nurturing of innovative talent, and the development of the clinical medical science demand laboratory diagnostic physician, there-fore to concentrate the teaching research and strength teaching reform are necessary to achieve these aims. A series of teaching reforms include changing traditional teaching idea, innovating teaching media, refor-wing the teaching methods in the chnical hematology and hematological examinations of chnical laboratory science major. It will help the student to master the study method and improve the teaching effect.
