Abstract: Objective Simulating job interviews through the practice of teaching, training students a good job etiquette, psychological qualities, communication skills and response capabilities, improve students exemption success rate. Methods The teaching methods of simulating job interviews in the course of interpersonal communication for undergraduate nursing students of 2003 grade are summerized. Results The success rate of job interview of the undergraduate nursing students of 2003 grade has in-creased, the employment rate reached 100 percent. Conclusions In a targeted manner to promote the em-ployment needs of the practice teaching, the students can be effectively improved the quality of the psycho-logical, communication skills and adaptability. The students who face all kinds of situations can take corre-sponding measures to deal with, in order to improve their employment rate.
