Abstract: Objective Discussion on how to cultivate the comprehensive quality and creative ability of medical students. Method A good environment was built in the experimental teaching process, then some measures were taken to cultivate the students' comprehensive quality and creative ability and the necessary conditions were created by improving the teachers' teaching quality, perfecting the experimental teaching methods and establishing scientific students evaluation model. Results The teaching model was popular among the students and the students' thinking was more active than before. Concldusions The teaching model can gradually improve the comprehensive quality and creative ability of medical students.
