Abstract： By revealing the current harmful phenomenon in the medical fields, and exposing the existing problems of higher medical education, this paper indicates the special and irreplaceable role of harmonious education in the process of personnel training, and analyzes the relationship among the harmonious education, quality education and medical professional education. Further more, from several aspects, further discussions are made on how to develop the harmonious education in medical schools, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward either.
