Abstract： It has been 30 years history of running psychiatric medicine major in Qiqihar Medical U-niversity. For a long time, we regard facing the basic unit and training applied advanced mental health tal-ents as our own training objective, utilize the high-quality medical resources of mental health in the local and adopt the training model of the distinctive "specialized talents". The students' professional thoughts are steady and their abilities of clinical practice are strong. The quality of personnel cultivation is fully con-firmed by the government and gets welcomed by the employing unit.
