Abstract： This article describes the eurrent status of educational administration at coileges and universities.It also discusses the promising perspectives of applying computer-and network-based information management in educational administration.Based on the authors' own experience in the development and application of software for educational administration,the author propose that the development and application of software for educational administration should be emphasized and expedited.Doing so will help to relieve the increasingly demanding in educational administration and to enhance its productivity and efficiency.
