Abstract: 运用现代教育心理学的教师功效理论,借鉴SEEQ评价问卷,通过230人次学生对70位讲授不同类型课程的教师教学效果评价的结果分析得出:影响教师教学效果的因素总体由七个方面构成.进一步研究表明,教师的教学功效意识直接影响其教学效果,同时不同类型的课程、教授的学生性别、年级等因素也与教师教学效果显著相关.
