Abstract： 本文以马克思主义关于人的解放与发展理论和江泽民同志关于代表先进文化的前进方向的重要思想为指导,论述了文化管理以人为本的内涵,军校加强文化管理的必然性、现实性,校园文化管理的作用、意义,以及军校校园文化建设的内容与特点.
