Abstract： 重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)引发的胰腺坏死组织感染及MODS是危及生命的并发症,其病死率高达20％～50％[1].对于伴有MODS的SAP合并坏死组织感染,患者经保守治疗病死率可高达100％,而经手术治疗的患者病死率仅为10％～30％[2].
