Abstract： 胰腺癌患者确诊时多属于晚期,肿瘤可能侵犯门静脉、肠系膜上静脉等.1951年,Moore率先报道了联合静脉血管切除重建的胰十二指肠切除术,大大提高了胰腺癌的手术切除率.
