Abstract´╝Ü 0.9%), 1 in D grade(0.9%). There were no complications including spinal cord, nerves and vertebral artery injury. Conclusion Intraoperative Iso-C3D fluoroscopy navigation system on real time can exactly guide cervical pedicle screw implantation.
