Abstract： 目的减少尿道扩张次数,降低治疗费用.方法从1993年～1997年,对36例前尿道狭窄患者,在经尿道切开或经尿道扩张术后,于前尿道内留置带线多孔硅胶短支架管,并对置管时机、支架物及并发症进行讨论.结果 36例患者中一次置管成功率达29例(80%),无需作多次尿扩.结论尿道内置硅胶短支架治疗复发性前尿道狭窄是一种简单,经济而有效的方法.
