Abstract: DNA was found to have many sorts of numerical systems by computation of base's orders within DNA using the method of permutations or combinations. The information for 20-numerical system occupies about 4.515% of all the numerical systems; Information shows different regulation function due to its different generation ways. The different information for numerical system can be acquired on the same DNA fragment in different reading ways. An inference can be drawn that the mechanism for catalytic action for enzyme is the process for information transfer according to the law of conservation of energy and the catalytical function of miRNA.
