Abstract: In this paper we first establish Si-type models of HIV/AIDS transmission with a constant immigration and a exponential birth where the susceptible population is split into two groups according to having bad behavior or not. We then discuss the existence of disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium for the model with the bilinear incidence and the standard incidence respectively. We also perform equilibrium and stability analyses for some important special cases.
