Abstract： A nonautonomous predator-prey system with type-Ⅱ functional response is studied in this paper. It is proved that the system is permanent under appropriate conditions. Further, if the system is periodic, a set of easily verified sufficient conditions that guarantee the existence, uniqueness and global attractivity of strictly positive pe-riodic solutions are derived.
