Abstract： We investigate the elastic deformation of the membrane caused by a series of parallel peptides adsorbed on it and discuss its wrapping behavior. The equilib-rium equation of the membrane is obtained which can deal with large-scale deformation. The competition of bending energy, adhesion energy and tension work leads to a rich structural phase diagram. If the deformation of the membrane is small, our model gives the analytical solution of the systemic energy.
