Abstract： In this paper, a nonautonomous Logistic system with infinite delay anddiscrete delay is considered. By using delay functional differential equation basic the-sty and new computational techniques, we show the system is permanent and loballyasymptotically stable under the condition for the permanence of the system. Some newresults are obtained and recent results are improved.
