Abstract： In this paper, almost periodic two-species competitive system with functional response and feedback controls is discussed. By making use of the differential inequality and constructing the suitable Lyapunov function, the author gives the sufficient conditions which guarantee the existence of a global asymptotical stable almost periodic solution of the system.
