Abstract： This paper considered an non-autonomous predator-prey two-species model with digest delay and stage structure in one species. The conditions of perma nence of it are gotten. Furthermore, existence and asymptotically stability of periodic solution have been proved under some assumptions if this model turns out to be a periodic system.
