Abstract: 实验采用分离培养兔肺内小动脉平滑细胞(PASMC),观察低氧对PASMC的血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)活性和基因表达的影响.结果表明:(1)正常情况下培养的兔PASMC中有ACE基因表达并可检测到其活性,而培养基中未检测到ACE活性;(2)低氧6 h后,ACE基因表达变化不明显,但在随后的12、24、48h后表达明显增加,呈时间依赖性;(3)低氧24h后,PASMC细胞中及条件培养基中ACE活性均显著增加.上述结果提示:(1)基础状态下培养的兔PASMC存在ACE;(2)低氧可促进PASMC ACE活性和基因表达,这可能与低氧性肺动脉高压有关.
