ZINC MODULATION OF GABA RECEPTORS EXPRESSED IN XENOPUS OOCYTES INJECTED WITH CARP BRAIN POLY(A) + RNA

Abstract: 爪蟾卵母细胞注射鲫鱼(Caresses coresses)脑mRNA后表达的GABA受体中约85%为GABAA受体.约15%的成分为GABAC受体.本文利用双电极电压箝方法结合药物灌流研究了Zn2+对这两型受体的作用.我们观察到Zn2+对它们的调制都是抑制性的、可逆的.然而,与GABAA受体相比,GABAC受体对Zn2+不太敏感.其中Zn2+抑制鲫鱼脑GABAA受体的IC50=48.4±10.1 μmol/L,而它调制GABAC受体的IC50却高达255.6±21.5μmol/L.
