Abstract: 本文采用大鼠脑内微透析及高效液相色谱电化学联检技术,观察多巴胺(DA)受体拮抗剂氟哌利多(DRO)加强电针(EA)镇痛时大鼠脑内微透析液中单胺类递质的变化,从而探讨药物加强针刺镇痛的机制.结果显示,EA后DA及其代谢产物高香草酸(HVA)在透析液中含量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),DRO与EA合用(DRO+EA)后,两者的含量较单用EA又有明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01).去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量在EA和DRO+EA后均明显减少(P<0.01),但DRO+EA组与EA组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).5-羟色胺(5-HT)及其代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)在EA后显著增加,DRO+EA则使5-HT和5-HIAA进一步增加.以上结果提示,DRO与EA合用后,不仅仅是通过拮抗DA,而且通过协调脑内其它单胺类递质的活动,从而加强针刺镇痛.
