Abstract: 超声生物显微镜(UBM)不受屈光介质及瞳孔大小的影响,能清晰的显示眼前节的活体解剖结构,不仅能动态观察眼前节的结构改变,还能进行定量测量,并且具有非干扰、非侵入、非接触、实时的优点,为眼前节的生理病理研究,包括眼前节疾病的发病机制、诊断、治疗效果的动态观察提供了准确的客观依据.
