Abstract：超声微泡造影剂携带药物和基因的靶向治疗系统是新兴的热门研究领域,目前已经在心血管疾病、肝肿瘤等疾病的靶向治疗方面得到了满意的研究成果,但在眼科的基础研究和临床疾病治疗方面尚处于初始阶段.我们就超声微泡造影剂携药物和基因靶向治疗在眼科基础研究和临床治疗方面的研究现状作一综述.
