Abstract: 目的:探讨SiPc(C35H27O5)8介导的PDT对人RPE影响的可能机制.方法:将hRPE细胞分空白对照组、激光组、光敏剂SiPc(C35H27O5)8组、PDT 1J组、PDT 2J组,对各实验组应用CCK-8、荧光显微镜蓝光激发、DCFH-DA检测RPE细胞线粒体活性氧水平与RPE细胞凋亡率.结果:不同浓度光敏剂[SiPc(C35H27O5)8] 介导的PDT对RPE产生的作用不一样,其中以5μg/L的浓度对RPE的杀伤作用最大.结论:新型光敏剂SiPc(C35H27O5)8介导的PDT对RPE具有一定的杀伤作用,其可能机制为光敏剂[SiPc(C35H27O5)8] 介导的PDT对RPE细胞线粒体活性氧水平增加导致细胞凋亡.
