ATPase activities in skelet muscle tissue after acute organophosphorus poisoning and the effects of magnesium sulfate

Abstract: 目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒大鼠骨骼肌组织ATP酶活性变化及硫酸镁对其影响.方法30只健康大鼠随机分成3组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组(A组);氧化乐果染毒组(B组);硫酸镁预处理后再染毒组(C组).测定3组大鼠骨骼肌组织Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性,并进行组间比较.结果与A组相比,B组Na+-K+-ATP酶,Ca2+-ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.01).与B组相比,C组Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性均有不同程度地恢复,Ca2+-ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.01)较Na+-K+-ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.05)明显.结论急性有机磷农药中毒后,骨骼肌组织Na+-K+-ATP酶,Ca2+-ATP酶活性均明显受抑制.硫酸镁预处理能减轻ATP酶活性的受抑制程度,尤其是对Ca2+-ATP酶.
