Abstract: 目的:了解颅痛定在大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注损伤中对一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、ATP及乳酸的影响,探讨颅痛定(L-THP)对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法:采用Pulsinelli方法建立大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型.观察L-THP在再灌注期间对NO、ET-1及能量代谢的影响.结果:L-THP可以抑制再灌注早期NO、ET-1及乳酸的过量产生,提高脑组织ATP含量.结论:L-THP可以通过对NO、ET-1及能量代谢的影响对脑起保护作用.
