Abstract: 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血清丙二醛(MDA)和心肌梗死面积之间的相互关系.方法:通过结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)制成AMI动物模型,检测血浆CGRP和血清MDA的动态变化,并检测心肌梗死面积.结果:家兔AMI即刻及AMI后1、3、5、6小时与结扎LAD前相比,血浆CGRP及血清MDA均升高(P<0.05或P<0.01).CGRP峰值与MDA峰值和心肌梗死面积无相关,MDA峰值与心肌梗死面积呈正相关(r=0.7915,P<0.01).结论:AMI早期脂质过氧化反应是加重心肌损害、使心肌梗死面积扩展的重要因素,而CGRP释放增加可能为缺血心肌一种代偿性的保护机制.
