Abstract: 目的 改变门诊传统就医模式,为患者就医提供便利.方法 采取完善制度、明确职责、简化流程、规范服务、人文关怀、开设便捷门诊、定期例会、信息化管理、建立应急预案等多种措施,实现门诊传统就医模式的转变.结果 各项整改措施落实到位后,门诊就医人数、医疗质量、患者满意度及经济收入等,各项指标较前明显进步.结论实现门诊职能转变,满足不同类型患者各种形式的就医需求.
