Abstract： Non-power influence comes from leader's experience, status, character and capability. It can influence underlings more permanent than post authority. As the coming of knowledge management age, hospital managers have to renew management idea, attach importance to self-cultivation, learn hard, enhance capability, strengthen communication, consolidate responsibility, and form the permanent non-power influence. The article discussed the non-power influence from three parts including the component elements, updating way and necessity.
