Abstract: 针对传统门诊诊疗流程存在的五个突出问题,提出基于医院信息系统的门诊流程改造的对策,利用信息技术对现有流程进行重组,构建方便、快捷、优质、高效、低耗的人性化门诊新流程.指出门诊流程改造要以"以人为本"为宗旨,以病人需求为导向,以信息工程为手段,以确保质量为基础,以改善服务为重点,以病人满意为目标,合理调配资源,创新服务模式,优化服务程序,提高服务效率.
