Abstract： To probe into the health situation of the deans of military hospital, the questionnaire investigation is done for the hospital deans of the different classes hospital. The results show: it is 11 hours that the average work time of the hospital deans every day. It is much higher that the rate of the disease concerned work strain. The most hospital deans have the tired syndrome of the different degree. Some notice proceeding are advanced.
