Abstract： Five kind of the relations should be managed rightly in army small hospitals .That is :the relations of overall layout and the part simplification ,the relation of insuring the army and the external medical treatment ,the relation of clinical medical treatment and the scientific research ,the relations of “somewhat do” and “somewhat not do”,the procedure management and the final sum up.
