Abstract： Objective To observe effect of plasma exchange (PE) combined with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) treatment of gestational hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis' clinical curative effect.Methods To observe 6 cases of gestational hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis patients using PE combined with CRRT before and after treatment in patients with various biochemical index change and effect.Results After PE and CRRT treatment,the clinical symptoms can be alleviated,reduce mortality.Improving the prognosis is gestational hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis patients and effective means of treament.5 cases were cured,the follow-up showed no recurrent pancreatitis.1 patient died,died of multiple organ failure.Conclusion PE combined with CRRT in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP) has a dual role,not only have significant lipid-lowering effect,but also can eliminate in vivo inflammatory mediators,block to occurs the systemic inflammatory response syndrome and prevent multiple organ failure.
