Abstract: miRNAs (microRNAs)are a class of small, non-encoding, endogenous RNAs of 21-25 nucleotides (nts) in length. By binding to target mRNAs, they exert various modulatory effects in different species, tissues and diseases. Also, it has been demonstrated that they are associated with some dermatoses and characteristically expressed in these dermatoses. Further investigation into the relationship between miRNAs and skin diseases will provide new ideas and targets for the treatment of diseases.
