Abstract: A case of multiple eccrine angiomatous hamartoma(EAH)is reported.EAH is a rare condition histologically characterized by increased eccrine structures and numerous vascular elements.An eight-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital for 4-year history painful subcutaneous nodules and 1-year history local hyperhidrosis and hypertrichosis.The diagnosis of EAH was made by clinical manifestation and histological examination.Superficial X-ray radiotherapy showed no significant efficacy,and the lesions were finally removed by several sessiom of surgical therapy.These results demonstrate that surgical therapy is appropriate for EAH.
