Abstract：越来越多的研究发现,氧自由基等过氧化物在许多疾病的发生过程中起着作用.目前,有些研究也显示氧自由基可能会导致表皮细胞的异常角化,因此,在许多伴有异常角化的皮肤病,如湿疹、银屑病、鱼鳞病、放射性皮炎、扁平苔藓等疾病的治疗中,开始采用抗氧化这种新的治疗措施,对此的研究正引起普遍关注.
